Braintrust

Braintrust is an AI proxy service that facilitates access to multiple leading AI models through a single API. It supports models from OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMa 2, Mistral, and others. The primary advantages of using Braintrust include simplified coding by providing a consistent API across different AI providers, cost reduction through automatic caching of results, and enhanced observability with automatic logging for better tracking and debugging. The proxy can be deployed on various platforms such as Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS Lambda, or an Express server. It is hosted with end-to-end encryption at https://api.braintrust.dev/v1/proxy, but users also have the option to deploy and customize it themselves.
